The staff offered a very warm welcome and even assisted with my luggage. My meal was served quickly. I appreciate how close this hotel is to the airport, only a short drive. Check-out was quick and simple.

airport parking polite staff

the location's proximity to airport parking impressed me a lot. the staff member was polite and helpful throughout the stay. for the price, it was top class.

the room was too hot. the staircase to access the room felt awkward. exiting required going out the back down a fire escape and then another set of steps.

warm welcome great food reasonable price onsite parking

i found the location SUPER convenient, only minutes from Bristol Airport! The staff gave a VERY WARM welcome. The food WAS GREAT, i had the lamb rogan-gosh and it tasted excellent, at a reasonable price! The onsite car parking WORKED WELL.

The staff was friendly. i had a great meal in the restaurant. i appreciated the free overnight parking. It made my early flight much easier. the room was clean. That was reassuring.

Fantastic Airport Hotel! I will be Back!

helpful staff quiet pub safe keeping convenient location

The staff showed us to our room, even helping with our bags, so helpful. The pub was quiet, just what we needed before an early flight! We accidentally left our charger. The hotel contacted us and kept it safe until our return. It is so convenient, only minutes from the airport!

The room got a bit stuffy, and the provided fan helped a bit, but I think a stronger fan would be ideal.
